RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED ITEMS

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

WRONG SIZE

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at info@thedagfoundation.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are. 

Returned items must be in their unused condition including tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. Once we receive your exchange request, an invoice will be sent to your email for the delivery cost of your exchange.

 
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required. Price adjustments are available on items purchased at original price 24 hours before a sale.


Please use The DAG Foundation return labels. The DAG Foundation will not be held responsible for any associated fees as well as packages lost in transit or delivered incorrectly. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. 

 

Please allow 3 business days for any exchange to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
